The hotel is conveniently located near the botanical gardens and public transport. The two-bedroom apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for breakfast with kids. The spa offers a fantastic DIY steam room and body scrub experience. The staff is attentive and friendly. The room is spacious with beautiful artwork throughout.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. You can easily hop on a tram and explore the city or enjoy the attractions in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with balconies in most, allowing you to relax outdoors. The staff is exceptional, providing polite and friendly service. The breakfast offers a variety of healthy options, ensuring a satisfying start to your day.
The only potential downside is that there is construction happening nearby, which could potentially affect the uniqueness of the hotel in the future.

The hotel was well presented and the staff were professional and friendly. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a great advantage.
Some of the furnishings in the room could be updated, such as the TV stand and coffee table. the kettle was also scratched.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities- the Spa & wellness centre was an indulgent experience. the massage and full body treatment left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the service was exceptional and the beautiful garden area added to the serene ambiance.
Though my overall experience was impeccable, the lack of a restaurant on the premises was a minor inconvenience. the hotel offered in-room breakfast and packed lunches to make up for it.
